Remuneration

Competitive Fee-for-Service (FFS) compensation model.
Bill directly through OHIP with full administrative and billing support provided. 
Billing / Overhead Split
30/70 split — physicians retain 70% of your billings. 
Vacation / CME Leave
4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start

Qualification Requirements
Education
- MD licensed to practice in Ontario
- Must be able to bill OHIP directly for assessments and eligible counselling services (e.g. K codes)
- Comfortable using virtual care platforms 
Experience
Experience in a walk-in clinic or family practice setting is an asset
New graduate family physicians are welcome to apply! 
Certifications
Valid independent practice license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Certification in Family Medicine and member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
