Expectations:
• Proficiently able to run busy days of comprehensive rural Ophthalmology cases.
• Highly proficient in complex cataract surgeries (able to provide videos).
• Participation in on-call schedule (1 in 3-4).
• Only candidates with high people and interpersonal skills may apply.
