The successful candidate will be eligible for an appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor (or higher depending on current academic rank) in the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba. BRIEF POSITION DESCRIPTION The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences is seeking a part-time (0.45 FTE) Obstetrician/Gynecologist who will provide clinical care and academic support relevant to early pregnancy assessment, contraception in complex situations and family planning including medical and surgical termination. Responsibilities: Early Pregnancy Assessment (0.1 FTE, 4h per week, Shared Health: Fee For Service): Contraception, Family Planning and Abortion Provision (0.15 FTE, 6h per week, Shared Health: Fee For Service) Ryan Program Director (0.05 FTE, 2h per week, University of Manitoba stipend): Research coordination (0.15 FTE, 6 h per week, University of Manitoba stipend): Qualifications: EXPERIENCE: SKILLS & ABILITIES: Compensation: Primary Site Location: Contact: • An inclusive, open and diverse community is essential to excellence and fosters voices that have been ignored or discouraged.
