Description

We are looking for practice ready Family Physicians in our Beausejour, Manitoba site. This is a commutable location to Winnipeg if desired.

The Physician will perform all duties associated with a busy family practice, including co-ordinating primary patient care, examining and advising patients, ordering diagnostic procedures, prescribing and administering medications and treatments, providing inpatient and outpatient care, Some emergency department coverage will be required, and Personal Care Home services.

As a fee-for-service independent practitioner, the Family Physician will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in providing health care services to the Region, including inpatient care, outpatient care, clinic services, emergency department work and care in personal care homes. The Physician will also participate in the delivery of medical services at the Beausejour Hospital on an as-needed basis.

Compensation:
Remuneration will be on a fee-for-service basis. On call stipends paid in accordance with the Provincial Agreement.
