BENEFITS AND INCENTIVES
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium: 23.10% Retention Flat Fee: $35,055.90 Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 - $15,000 (TBD) Recruitment Incentive: $20,000 Other Benefits/Incentives REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding) and MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top of MSP billings. Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) available. Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME) available. Relocation funding available: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC. Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding is subject to change without notice. |

Dawson Creek is known as 'Mile Zero', where the world-famous Alaska Highway begins!
The city has a population of approximately 12,500, provides primary service to a population of 20,000 and helps serve the larger population of the Peace River Region, approximately 60,000. The city offers shopping, services, restaurants, cafés, a health food store, art gallery, live theatre, and the state-of-the-art EnCana Events Centre that hosts major music concerts. Our indoor Farmer's Market is open every Saturday, year-round!
