Details: The Shared Health Authority Diagnostic Imaging Program, and The University of Manitoba Department of Radiology Section of Nuclear Medicine invites applications for a dual trained Nuclear Medicine and Radiologist physician. This will be for a clinical position located at the Health Sciences Centre. The responsibilities will include supervision and interpretation of examinations, commitment to high-quality patient care, teaching (undergraduate and postgraduate) and research. Qualifications: The candidate will have specialty qualifications in Nuclear Medicine and preferably also Diagnostic Radiology and be eligible for registration, as a specialist, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. Certification in Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada is preferred. Those possessing only Nuclear Medicine certification, and meeting the other conditions discussed above, may be considered if they offer significant, and beyond routine practice, related academic research and/or clinical expertise. Compensation: Compensation is derived from both fee-for-service incomes. Physicians may be eligible for a recruitment bonus.
