Northern Health is looking to recruit a full service family physician to a well-supported, multi-physician medical clinic as well as well as on call ER coverage at GRBH Quesnel. The ER Department enjoys; excellent experienced peer support, onsite Critical Care & General Surgery coverage (24/7 Internal Medicine) as well as FP Anesthesia backup. Radiology & Diagnostic services include but are not limited to onsite 24/7 access to; CT, U/S, XR and Laboratory services.

The team would love to add a family practitioner who would be interested in providing Intrapartum Obstetrics, however this is not a must/requirement.

We welcome NEW to practice physicians and have several supports available to ensure that your transition into the community and practice is as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. We offer flexible remuneration options such as Contract Based Payment to ensure a tranquil transition to practice.

GR Baker Memorial Hospital is a 36 bed acute care facility. Services on-site include:
Internal medicine
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Otolaryngology
General Surgery
Psychiatry
Community cancer clinic

The population of Quesnel is approx.10,000 with another 13,000 residing in the surrounding area.
