Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and qualified Psychiatrists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating ADHD, and the ability to take on a leadership role within our platform. This role involves providing direct patient care as well as guiding and mentoring nurse practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments for ADHD in adults and adolescents.
• Provide accurate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications for ADHD and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Serve as a mentor, guiding nurse practitioners to improve their diagnostic and treatment skills in ADHD care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the platform to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
For British Columbia:
Must be registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).

For Ontario:
Must be registered, or eligible to register, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

For Both Provinces:

• Previous experience diagnosing and treating ADHD is highly recommended.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience supporting nurse practitioners or other healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual care environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
