Details:

Family physician required to share a practice with experienced rural physicians. This is a Fee for Service practice with physicians sharing equally in the ER/Acute care/LTC call schedule with the other physicians.

Minnedosa Health Centre is a 27 bed acute care and 50 bed long term care facility. Services offered to the facility are General Surgery, Diagnostics, Emergency, Public Health, Mental Health, Home Care Services and Respite Program.

The Town of Minnedosa is located in the Westman Region 210 kilometers northwest of Winnipeg. Resting at the junction of Highways 10 and 16, the community of approximately 2450 residents is within 30 minutes of Brandon as well as Riding Mountain National Park.

The jewel of the community is Lake Minnedosa, lined with a beautiful sandy beach, cottages, summer homes and campground.
Qualifications:

Must be eligible for licensure with the College of physicians and surgeons of Manitoba Must be a member in good standings with the Canadian Medical Protective Association CCFP preferred ACLS PALS

Compensation:
Compensation is derived from Fee-For-Service income as well as on call stipends.
