PHARMACIST II

In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, this position provides pharmacy services to patients in the acute care and residential care environment. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education and provides expert advice to health care professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics.

Qualifications

- B.Sc.(Pharm). – Current registration with the BC College of Pharmacists. – A minimum of two (2) years’ hospital experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Wage: $40.90 – $51.03
