Whitemouth is a welcoming rural community located just one hour east of Winnipeg. The proximity of the community to the Whiteshell draws many to the area that want to be close to provincial parks, but still close enough to Winnipeg to visit family and friends, or to commute to work. The area is rich in natural beauty, resources, forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife. Whitemouth has something to offer everyone.

The Whitemouth Primary Health Care Centre offers a ‘turn-key’ clinic practice opportunity and the ability to provide acute care services and cover 24 hour emergency department shifts at the neighboring Pinawa Hospital. The Whitemouth District Health Centre Personal Care Home also supports a 26 bed facility in the community.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be eligible for immediate registration and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba and have CMPA or equivalent coverage in the province.

Compensation: Compensation is derived from fee-for-service or contract income as available.. Applicable stipends are paid in accordance with the Provincial Agreement.
